A sweet red wine made from the Cabernet-Sauvignon grape variety, with a garnet-red color and copper highlights. First fruity nose of blackcurrant, dried figs, leaving on a second nose of cherry in brandy, intense chocolate aromas on a floral finish of eucalyptus. Mouth of a beautiful roundness, fat, fruity of cherry, prune on a final chocolate and peppered.

Vinification
The grapes go through a maceration at 8°c for 4 days. Chaptalization is used to obtain a sweet wine with 120g/l of sugar and an acidity of 4.4g/l.
Vineyard
The grapes are harvested from the Château’s own vineyards, on gently rolling plains. The climate is continental with a lot of sun and rare rainfall 540mm/year.
