Vinification

Hand-picked grapes. Short maceration with direct pressing of the must, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14 – 16°C, post-fermentation, clarification, decantation of the yeast sediment, wine treatment and subsequent bottling.

Vineyard

The grapes are grown in the private vineyards of the Kindzmarauli company, which are spread throughout the Duruji river valley. Surrounded by the Caucasus mountain range and the river, this region has a rich soil of black schist, which creates unique conditions for the good development of the vine, and for the production of high quality wines.
